Comoutos organic extra virgin olive oil is produced by organic olives from our estate in Zakynthos, Greece. The olive oil is produced the very same day as harvesting and under optimal conditions (cold extraction below 26 degrees). We then store the olive oil in stainless steel tanks in a cool and dry environment. With this method, the taste, the scents, the colour and of course the natural antioxidants of this gorgeous extra virgin olive oil are preserved.
